“Sketches: Amsterdam” is the collection of musical creations from my time in Holland this summer.

each sketch in the series is a single-take, un-cut solo saxophone melody captured in various parts of my stay.

similar to a visual artist’s study before a finished piece, these sketches are glimpses of my musical ideas slowly expanding into deeper musical understandings.
